We have experience with "over-sized" package (over 10 feet long) shipping overseas to US, Canada, Australia.

Each map is carefully packed in a rigid plastic tube, no matter the size; we care about your purchased map.

Returns and exchange details
Please keep your shipping box and all packaging until your map is fully installed and you're sure there are no issues. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will likely need photos of the inside/outside of the box, as well as the item that has been damaged. We do our best to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
If you experience any issues with your order or believe you received a defective item, please contact us via email. Please do not modify or alter the map, as this may affect its eligibility for return or replacement.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns within 45 days of when you received the item. We cannot accept returns on custom items.
Items must be returned to us in new, undamaged condition.
Unless there is a defect or an issue at the fault of the company, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please take care to properly pack the items, using bubble wrap and additional protective material to be sure that the products are not damaged in transit.
Once we have received your package the items will be inspected. This could take 1-2 business days. As long as there isn't any damage to the items then a refund will be processed.
